  • One plan for everything we run

    Not one per project. When what we run for you grows, the plan grows with it.

  • The first month is free

    Care starts the day you launch; the monthly plan starts a month later.

  • A fix is free. A change is priced first.

    If something we delivered doesn’t work as agreed, we fix it at no cost. Anything new or different is a change: we price it, and start once you approve.

  • Day or night, we’re on it

    If your system goes down, we respond straight away, at any hour. Other issues are handled within two working days.

  • Your data is always yours

    Whatever we host and run for you, the data in it belongs to you, and you can have a copy whenever you ask.

Your proposal makes clear what’s included at launch, what ongoing care covers, and which third-party costs apply.
